Join us every month for a lively discussion of a chosen book. May's title is The Other Side of Everything by Lauren Doyle Owens. In this stunning debut novel, a curmudgeonly widower emerges from a hermit-like existence in the wake of a neighborhood murder. Complicating the situation are a cancer survivor who creates suspiciously realistic paintings of the crime scene in her efforts to cope and an abandoned teen who finds herself drawn to the chief suspect.
Copies of the book are available to pick up from the library front desk approximately one month prior to the meeting. Light refreshments will be served.
