Please join us on Zoom for a lively and engaging online discussion of a chosen book title. October's featured title will be Wonder by R.J. Palacio:
Ten-year-old Auggie Pullman, who was born with extreme facial abnormalities and was not expected to survive, goes from being home-schooled to entering fifth grade at a private middle school in Manhattan, which entails enduring the taunting and fear of his classmates as he struggles to be seen as just another student.
Registration is now required to receive the Zoom link for participating and is open until 2 days prior to the event. Book copies will be available for pickup at the library (inside or through our contactless Take Out service) starting approximately one month in advance of the discussion date. Please contact Maureen at the library for questions relating to this club.
